At 3 a.m. one morning, this letter percolated onto paper after asking the Divine for understanding about the current times. I began by first opening my heart and singing an ancient word/ sound of the highest love, the song of HU. It opens one's heart to the heart of God's love.

Dear Son / Daughter,

Thank you for taking to heart the gifts that are being presented during these times. The sweetness that is blossoming in your heart is what I have been offering to all! Noticing the loved ones placed in your care—how truly wonderful they really are! How quickly they grow and leave your care, so why not spend more time together and make memories that will last a lifetime or more? When was the last time you really shared / told a joke or played a game without needing to rush off to other “more important” things? Here—take the time and really enjoy one another over a new recipe you were always wanting to create. And now, time to read or write or paint or create something you were always wanting to do. Here is some extra time to do this, too. You see, “the quiet lives of desperation” that so many lead does not need to be anymore! Stop and look, notice and if necessary, make a few changes that your heart is asking of you. It is not so hard. As the tender care you would give to a child, now it’s time to give yourself this tender care. Put down the phone or the excess of whatever you run to for escape, and instead, open thine eyes and heart to the wonders put before you--your beautiful loving family, friends, pets, and truly connect. And while you’re at it, care for my Garden, my Heart (Earth) for she will produce a bounty when given tender care. The simple things in life will give you pleasures you have been craving—now through caring—from your Heart!

With Love Always (and all ways),
Your loving Mother / Father
